Every Viet Jewelers piece is eligible for free lifetime polishing — bring it back to our Hanoi studio at any time and we'll restore its shine at no charge.
7-Day Refund Guarantee
If a fault is determined to be on our side, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. Contact us at vietjewelers@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Gold-Plated Items
- Free re-plating within 30 days of purchase for all gold-plated jewelry.
- After 30 days, re-plating fees apply based on the item and prevailing service rates.
Repairs
- Free repair within 30 days for any issue arising under normal use.
- After 30 days, repair fees apply depending on the item and current pricing.
Lost Gemstones
- Free gemstone replacement within 30 days of purchase for eligible settings under normal use.
- For customers outside Vietnam: we will provide compensation equal to the value of the lost stone within the guarantee period.
International Customers
If you're outside Vietnam and your item develops a fault within the guarantee period due to our workmanship, we will provide compensation equivalent to the local repair cost at the time of the claim.
