We are a team of young jewelers based in Hanoi, and we started Viet Jewelers in 2023 with a simple conviction: handcrafted jewelry should feel personal, not mass-produced.
Each of us comes from a different background, carries a different aesthetic, and brings a unique perspective into our work — but we are united by the same passion: craftsmanship.
Meet the team
Mai founded Viet Jewelers after years of searching for silver jewelry that felt genuinely made — not stamped out by the thousands. Unable to find it, she decided to make it instead. She leads the design direction and keeps the whole operation running.
Linh and Thai are the faces you'll most likely meet when you visit us at 152 Hàng Bông. Between them, they handle in-store fittings, quick repairs, and on-the-spot polishing — so if a ring needs adjusting or a piece needs bringing back to life, they're the ones who'll sort it out while you wait.
What we make and how
Every piece at Viet Jewelers is made from 925 sterling silver — the same grade used by fine jewelers worldwide. Our gold-plated pieces go through a careful plating process over a solid silver base, which gives them both the warmth of gold and the durability of silver underneath.
We work from raw material to finished piece: shaping the metal, setting each stone by hand, and polishing until it's right. No shortcuts. If a detail isn't sitting the way it should, we redo it.
Our range covers rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and grillz — each designed to work as an everyday piece, not just something you put on for occasions. We also do quick fixes and free lifetime polishing on everything we sell, because we'd rather you keep wearing your jewelry than let it sit in a drawer.
Where we are
You'll find us in Hanoi's Old Quarter, at 152 Hàng Bông, Hoàn Kiếm — one of the oldest craft streets in the city. The neighbourhood has been home to artisans and traders for centuries, and we feel at home in it. Walk in any day between 9am and 10pm and we'll be here.
